Nikaia Phillips

Practice Manager, based at 14 Harley Street

Nikaia met Dr Martin in 2016 and started working with him as a medical PA in 2021. Upon moving to 14 Harley Street in 2023 she became the Practice Manager of Dr Martin, Private General Practitioners, responsible for the clinic’s day to day running and development. She enjoys the diversity of her role, and is excited about the next chapter of the clinic’s expansion and growth.

Her background spans over 10 years with HNWI in private healthcare and hospitality. 

Out of the office, you will find her at one of London’s many galleries and museums, or studiously working her way through Audible.
