Cancellation policy
We operate a policy of charging a 50% cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee for non-attended appointments without any cancellation made. If you have medical insurance you will be charged directly as we are unable to charge insurers for missed appointments.
All credit/debit cards accepted including American Express.
Online payments with any card, Paypal, or bank transfer are also accepted via online invoice from the clinic
We are covered by Bupa Global, AXA International, WPA, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, Allianz Medical Insurance and many other mainly international insurance policies. If you don’t see the logo or insurer you are looking for please contact us as we may still be able to help.
For Cigna Global we no longer bill directly, so we will ask for payment on the day and give you all the documentation (such as itemised paid invoices and medical letters) to reclaim the costs from Cigna.
Individual policies may vary so please contact your insurer before attending to obtain any pre-authorisation needed and ensure you’re covered.
Please note: In order for us to bill your insurance company directly, we may request your credit or debit card details on file. If payment via your insurance company is not received within 60 days of your appointment, we may take payment from your card but will inform you in advance of this.
