The tests cover these key areas:
Blood samples to test for:
HIV 1 & 2
Hepatitis B
Hepatitis C
Syphilis
For Males - a urine sample to test for:
Chlamydia
Gonorrhoea
Trichomonas (may cause irritation & discharge)
Gardnerella (can cause irritation, and also causes bacterial vaginosis in women)
For Females - a urine sample and a vaginal swab to test for :
Chlamydia
Gonorrhoea
Trichomonas (may cause irritation & discharge)
Gardnerella (causes bacterial vaginosis)
Candida (also called thrush, a common fungal infection causing irritation & discharge)
+/- HPV cervical cancer smear test if indicated, at additional cost
